Privacy Policy

This policy explains how tixs handles information when you use tixs.ai, including event invitations, tickets, seating tools, shift scheduling, Workbases, and AI-assisted planning.

Information we handle

• Account information: email address, profile details you provide, and sign-in or session records.
• Planning and participation: event and shift details, guest or team information, invitations, responses, seating selections, tickets, comments, feedback, and Workbase content you submit or access.
• Transactions: order details, billing and subscription status, and payment-provider references. Payment-card details are collected through the payment provider’s checkout.
• AI inputs: prompts, conversation context, and files or images you choose to submit to an AI feature.
• Technical information: request, device, browser, network, session, and error information used to operate and protect the Service, including information used for abuse prevention and rate limits.

We receive information from you, from organizers or other users who invite you, and from providers that process sign-ins, messages, or transactions.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, save and share plans, manage invitations and tickets, process payments, deliver requested communications, generate AI-assisted drafts, provide support, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing depends on providing the requested service, legitimate operational and security interests, legal obligations, or your consent.

Sharing and visibility

Organizers can receive information needed to manage their events, participants, orders, and feedback. Team members and Workbase collaborators can see information according to the access provided to them. Public event or profile information may be visible to others; avoid including private information in public content. Treat invitation and ticket links as private.

We use providers for hosting and storage, email delivery, payments, and AI processing. Integrations include Cloudflare, Resend, Stripe, and OpenAI, depending on the feature you use. Information needed for a feature is sent to the applicable provider, whose own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people and the Service, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations. Organizers may separately control how they use participant information; contact them about their own practices.

AI-assisted planning

When you use an AI feature, the submitted prompt and relevant conversation or selected material may be sent to an AI provider to produce a response. Do not submit sensitive personal information or information you lack permission to share. A draft may be stored in your browser before you sign in. Provider processing and retention rules apply; using an AI feature does not imply zero retention by its provider.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies for sign-in and session security, and browser storage for preferences, drafts, and planning conversations. Some studio layouts and assignments may remain local to your browser. You can clear cookies and browser storage through your browser settings, but doing so may sign you out or remove unsaved drafts. Clearing browser data does not delete information already saved to your account or held by an organizer.

Retention and security

Information may be retained as needed to operate your account and requested features, manage transactions, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the type of record and purpose. Deletion requests may be subject to those obligations and technical backup limitations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can update available profile information and manage your plans through the Service. To request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, contact hello@tixs.ai. We may need to verify your identity. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local privacy regulator. Applicable legal exceptions may limit a request.

Contact the event organizer for information it holds independently. Essential sign-in, transaction, and requested event messages may still be necessary to provide a service you use.

International processing and children

Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Applicable cross-border transfer requirements must be observed. The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate.
