How do event ticket allowances work?
Events Free includes 100 tickets total across your events, with no monthly reset. Pro includes 249 tickets per billing month and Business includes 1,000. Free and paid tickets both count. Paid allowances reset each billing month and don’t roll over. Pending checkouts reserve allowance; refunds, cancellations, and deletion don’t restore issued tickets.
Are there fees on event ticket sales?
Tixs charges no per-ticket fee on any event plan. Stripe processing fees apply to paid tickets. Organizers set the ticket price guests pay; the plans above cover the organizer’s ticket allowance.
Does one subscription cover Shifts and Events?
No. Shifts and Events are separate subscriptions with separate allowances. Choose the plan you need for each product. Workbases are included with Shift Business.
